Registration
A full registration is required for each paper to be included in the preprints and the program.

The normal length for the final manuscript is limited to six (6) pages. Papers exceeding six pages may be submitted upon payment of overlength page charges of 400 CNY for each page in excess. A maximum of two (2) extra pages above normal six are permitted.
Each full registration is free to upload one (1) paper. Each extra (normal) paper upload will cost 1500 CNY.
Full and student registration fees include conferences, preprints, lunches, coffee breaks, banquet,and visiting tour from May 30 to June 1.
To register as a participate, please pay the registration fee via bank transfer and send your registration information to our secretariat by email (please read below for details). You will receive an acknowledgement to confirm your registration.

- Attendants must calculate the equivalent amount in USD or EUR of the registration fee using the currency of the day of the transfer.
- Please state in the transfer the following data: “WODES 2016 – Paper No. X – Name of the attendant”. For attendants who have no submissions, please write "WODES 2016 – Paper No.0 – Name of the attendant".
- After you finish the transfer, please send us to wodes2016@diee.unica.it a copy of the bank transfer receipt, and please provide the following information in the email: First name and surname of the attendant, and the affiliation of the attendant. For attendants who have submissions please also provide the following information about your submissions: Paper Submission Number, Paper Title, and Number of Its Pages.（国内人员请在邮件中额外写明注册费发票抬头。若同一篇论文有多位作者进行注册，请每位作者分别汇款。）
- For student registration, please also send us to wodes2016@diee.unica.it your scanned student ID document and a letter signed by your advisor confirming your student identity.
- We will give you the receipt of your registration when you attend the WODES’16. In case that you have registered but cannot attend WODES'16 in person, we will send you the receipt by email after the workshop. （国内人员在参会时领取注册费发票。若您因故不能现场领取发票，请在4月17日之后将您的注册信息和通讯地址发邮件至wodes2016@diee.unica.it索取发票，我们将在会议结束后统一邮寄未领取的注册费发票。）
